November 2025: revaluation of the Agirc-Arrco
supplementary pension From 1 November 2025, nearly 14 million private sector pensioners will see their Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension increase.
The increase follows inflation excluding tobacco published by INSEE, but with a discount of 0.4 points to preserve the financial balance of the scheme. With inflation estimated at around 1%, the increase is expected to be around +0.6% to +0.8%.
In concrete terms, a supplementary pension of €1,300 per month will earn about €8 to €10 more, or between €95 and €125 per year. The first revalued payment will be paid from 3 November 2025. This increase is in addition to the increase already applied in January 2025 on basic pensions (+2.2%).

2026: a year that is
still unclear For 2026, several scenarios are circulating. Under the Bayrou government, a "blank year" project was envisaged: no revaluation of basic pensions in order to save several billion euros.

Since the political transition, this idea has not been confirmed but remains present in the debates. If the current inflation-indexation rule is maintained, a modest increase of around +1.2% could apply in January 2026, with an effect on the February payment.
The final decisions will be known in the autumn of 2026, when the budget and the Social Security financing law are voted.

Let's take a pensioner receiving €1,000 in basic pension and €600 in supplemental pension, i.e. €1,600 per month.
