Slow Cooker Amish Cube Steak with Brown Gravy

  • Mix Gravy
    Whisk condensed gravy with ½–1 cup water until smooth and pourable.
      1. Pour Over
        Pour gravy mixture evenly over steaks, letting it seep down around potatoes and onions.

    1. Slow Cook
      Cover and cook: 

      • LOW for 6–8 hours, or
      • HIGH for 3–4 hours, until steaks are tender and potatoes soft.
    2. Taste & Adjust
      Check gravy before serving; add salt or pepper only if needed.
    3. Serve
      Spoon steaks, onions, and potatoes onto plates, ladling plenty of gravy over each serving.
